Leiden University College
Semester 2, 2024-2025
Course Changes |
All students who take classes at Leiden University College during Semester 2, 2024-2025 recently received their course allocation. Some students might not have been allocated seats in the courses they wanted to take. Similarly, some students may want to add an extra course or drop a course they were allocated. This form may be used for that.
Please note that a course switch will only be possible if a seat is available in the requested course. The same rule will be applied to first-year students as well.
Additionally, students may only switch to courses they initially identified during course registration as one of their six preferred courses per block. For example, if a student selected courses A, B, C, D, E, and F during course registration and is allocated seats in courses C, D, and E, the student would still be allowed to request a switch to course A, B, or F.
This policy is an effort to reduce the number of course change requests and to encourage students to properly consider their initial course selections. However, we realize that there may be circumstances that force students to move to a class they did not initially select. If this applies to you, make sure to provide details in the appropriate field at the bottom, which will be reviewed by the Course Administration team.
