Informing LUCL about Funding Proposal Plan

Dear researcher, 

As LUCL and the Humanities Faculty, we seek to provide good support for your funding applications. 

In order to be able to do this, we need to know well ahead of any deadline that you want to apply for a certain funding scheme. Therefore, please provide us with the details asked below, even if you're not sure yet that you will submit. We prefer to be notified of proposals not being submitted in the end, rather than learning only very late in the process that you are working on an application. 

That way, we can make sure that have the budget and other required declarations and signatures in time. 

In order to avoid any deadline stress, please keep in mind that LUCL needs the final budget - verified by FEZ - no later than one week before the deadline. 

Also, if you are applying for less common funding (other than the individual NWO and ERC grants), you need to inform Maarit van Gammeren and Jaap Mensink 6 weeks before the deadline.
