FLO-Gradebook Set-Up Support

Dear colleague,

The Future Learning Office (of the Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs) offers support in compiling the Gradebook.
For privacy reasons it is necessary to use the Gradebook in Brightspace so students can view their grades in a GDPR-proof and organized manner.

The purpose of this form is to help you compile your Gradebook in Brightspace based on your preferences.
By filling in the form, you indicate which assessment options you use in your course, the weight of these assessments, whether there are resits and whether these can be compensated.

The FLO-team will set up the gradebook for you based on the completed form. At the end of the form, FLO offers the possibility to go through the created Gradebook together, so that it is all clear to you how the grades are drawn up. If you have specific questions about grades, contact FLO directly by email (FLO@fgga.leidenuniv.nl).

Remember: The instructor is at all times responsible for the correct administration of the grades.

Thank you for filling in this form.

The Gradebook will be hidden for students. When you are satisfied with the Gradebook, you can make it visible.

If desired, we can personally discuss the steps taken in compilling the Gradebook.
If not, we will let you know when the Gradebook is ready.
