- Pick up a password at a Service desk 
You can pick up a new password at one of the Service desks. 
Please take your ID card or LU-Card with you. 
 
- Password by (regular) mail 
We can only sent a password with mail to the registered address within the Leiden University. Employees can 
have their address changed at human resources of the Faculty, students can contact the Student Administration 
or the Studielink website. 
 
- Password recovery via text message 
If you have registered your mobile phone number in Account Self Service before, we can sent a new password 
to this number. 
You will need to visit the ULCN website (Account Self Service ) and reset this temporary password to a permanent 
password.
