De examencommissie zal uw verzoek in behandeling nemen.
Als u tegen dit besluit in beroep wilt gaan moet u binnen zes weken na de datum van het besluit beroep aantekenen bij het College van Beroep voor de Examens, Postbus 9500, 2300 RA Leiden. Het beroepschrift moet bestaan uit een kopie van het besluit en duidelijk omklede redenen waarom u beroep aantekent.

The Board of Examiners will take up your petition.
If you wish to appeal against this decision, send a letter containing a copy of the decision to the Examination Appeals Board, P.O. Box 9500, 2300 RA Leiden, The Netherlands. The letter should be sent within six weeks of the date the decision was dispatched. In the letter of appeal, state clearly why you do not agree with the decision. Your letter must be signed and contain a copy of the decision.
