Leiden University College
Request Form: Academic Transcripts |
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
We aim to issue a transcript within ten working days after receiving the request. However, please note that during peak seasons (multiple deadlines running at the same time) the LUC Course Administration team is also affected by that factor. This means that the processing time might be longer than usual. If you need a transcript before a certain date, make sure to request it well in advance.
Current students should note that they can also use the Study Plan template to calculate their own (cumulative) GPA.

- the name, student ID, and date of birth of the student;
- the cumulative GPA of the student;
- the Final GPA of the student (only if the student has graduated);
- the total number of ECTS (credit) the student has obtained at that point in time;
- the Major of the student (if declared);
- the titles of the courses the student took;
- the levels of the courses;
- the grades the student received for the courses;
- the date of the exam
- the number of ECTS (credit) generated per course.
2. An academic transcript will be dated, stamped, and signed by a representative of the Leiden University College Course Administration team.
3. Note that due to privacy concerns, we will only forward transcripts via email to current students' uMail addresses, not to other personal addresses (@gmail.com, @hotmail.com, etc.).
The name and uMail address provided below should therefore match. Exceptions are made for alumni, who can submit their personal email address.
Also, make sure that the names and date of birth you provide below are correct, because these details will be stated on your academic transcript.
