Welcoming Reception

For those arriving on Wednesday 3 September or earlier, Leiden University will organize some social and network activities.

Would you like to join the welcoming and networking reception on Wednesday 3 September (16:30 - 18:30)?

Would you like to join a tour of the Academy Building (approx. 20 min.)? The Wednesday reception will be held in the same building.

Meals

Leiden University will host lunches and dinners on Thursday 4 and Friday 5 September. Please indicate whether you would like to join dinner on the following days.

Social Acitvities
Guests will have free access to the Botanica Garden of Leiden University during on Thursday and Friday.
In addition we will offer the following social activities:

Thu 4 Sep: boat tour throug the city canals. We will embark at the Academy Building and end at the restaurant for dinner. *

Fri 5 Sep: Walking Tour through the historical part of Leiden (about 60 minutes, ending at restaurant for dinner) *
