We acknowledge that the IBA ICCMCC is a university/educational institution competition, and thus our team represents the university/educational institution registered. *

We hereby confirm that the team seeking registration has received consent from the university management to represent said university in the 2025 IBA ICCMCC. *

Photography and filming: Certain sessions and/or social functions may be photographed and/or filmed and some of this content may be used for future IBA ICCMCC marketing materials, member communications, products or services. We hereby give our permission to be featured in these materials. (applicable per team, not member) *

We hereby give our permission for the IBA ICCMCC Organizing Office to share our email addresses with other organizing institutions/organizations/associations for the purpose of receiving information on their activities. (this is applicable per team, not member).

Visa

The details must be sent via email to iccmcc@law.leidenuniv.nl before 15 April 2025. Upon receipt of the details, we will provide you with a letter in support of your visa application.

PLEASE NOTE: It is essential that team members apply for their visas well on time before the Competition. We recommend that teams begin visa process applications no later than the last week of March.
