CONFIRMATION:

The deadline for submitting the form is 15 September for students planning on finishing their thesis in the first semester and 15 February for students planning on finishing their thesis inthe second semester. Forms that are submitted after the deadline cannot be processed automatically. If, for whatever reason, you submit your form after the deadline, please send an e-mail to examcomlas@hum.leidenuniv.nl to explain why you missed the deadline.
If you haven’t submitted your thesis by the end of the semester, you need to fill out this thesis form again the next semester. Supervisors are appointed for one semester, therefor it is possible another supervisor will be appointed for the continuation
