Take a short break in your day to move, reset, and recharge. In this session, we combine gentle stretches with simple, more active movements. You’ll start calmly, focusing on your breathing, then move through a short, energizing flow to wake up your body, and finish with a moment of relaxation.
It’s an easy and accessible way to release tension, boost your energy, and return to your day feeling refreshed.

- Locatie (location): verzamelen op het Campusplein, daarna lopen we met iedereen naar de Body&Mind zaal in het USC (gather at the Campus Square, after that we will walk together to the USC Body & Mind room)
