PROCEDURE

Design your own programme and fill in and submit the form.
The Humanities Lab coordinator will contact you and give feedback on your programme.
If needed, change your programme and submit it again using this form.
After approval of the Humanities Lab coordinator, the coordinator will send the form to the Board of Examiners (examcomhonours@hum.leidenuniv.nl).
Within 15 working days you will receive an answer from the Board of Examiners by Umail.
If your programme is approved, the student administration will incorporate your individual programme into uSis.
Changes to your individual programme can be made after consulting the Humanities Lab coordinator.
Changes have to be approved by the Board of Examiners (except for the pre-approved reserve courses); hand in the form HUMANITIES LAB INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMME – change of course.

REGISTRATION FOR COURSES

Honours Classes
you will receive an e-mail from the Honours Academy about the registration procedure.
Key Modules or Advanced Modules
in September/ January/ March (about three weeks before the start of the course) you will receive an e-mail from the Humanities Lab about the registration procedure.
LUC courses
Please contact the coordinator of the course.
BA and MA courses
you will have to register yourself for these courses via uSis. Registration starts 1 July/ 1 December.
For BA or MA courses from the Faculty of Humanities students are requested to contact the coordinator of studies from the BA or MA programme the course is part of. For BA or MA courses from other faculties, please contact the coordinator of the course.
Taking a regular BA or MA course as part of the Honours programme does not guarantee you a place in that course! Please keep in mind that there may be admission requirements or a waiting list and that you may not be able to take the course.
