and to participate in the different events and activities throughout the coming semester.

The welcome event, at which you will meet your buddies and fellow students in your buddy group, will take place on Friday, February 7th from 15:00 - 17:00.

collected to ensure effective communication and organisation throughout the programme. We encourage
diversity; no information will be used to discriminate. Information about nationality, gender, and study
programme is used to make sure groups are as diverse as possible. Information about the city of residence
is used to match you as far as possible with a Buddy in the same city as you. Information about hobbies is
used to group students based on common interests as much as possible. Your name, contact details, and
expected date of arrival will be given to your Buddy so they can make sure they are available to contact/
meet you as soon as you need them. Your email address will also be used by the Buddy Programme to notify
you of the events and programme-specific information. By sharing your reasons for joining the Buddy
Programme you help us ensure the programme provides you with what you are looking for in the best way
possible.
