Are you having trouble making schedules that work? Or do you make plans but don't execute them as intended? Then the study plan group might be just the thing for you.
The Study Plan Group is a group of students who have difficulty making and adhering to a realistic schedule. The group meets once a week under supervision of a trainer/ coach, where we discuss how the planning of the past week went. We look at whether you have done all the tasks you intended to do, and whether you have stuck to your schedule.
Together we look at what went well, what can be improved, and how you can take that into account in the planning for the next week. During the meeting you will also make a planning for the coming week. This planning includes a list of tasks you want to get done, and when you want to do them. A good agenda (digital or paper) is a must.
