HC Conference Attendance Form

Thank you for signing up to the Honours College Conference! Below, you can sign up for the event.
Note that if you want to present a project (which we strongly encourage!), this has to be done
using the project submission form. The deadline for submitting a project is 26 April. If you want to
submit a project after this deadline, please contact the Assessor of the Honours Academy, Wessel
van Dam, at assessor@ha.leidenuniv.nl.

The Conference will take place on 19 May, 15:00 - 18:00, at the Old Observatory in Leiden. The
schedule is as follows:

15.00 - 15.15 Walk-in
15.15 - 15.30 Plenary introduction
15.30 - 16.00 Presentation Session 1A & Session 1B
16.10 - 16.40 Presentation Session 2A & Session 2B
16.50 - 17.15 Project Fair
17.15 - 18.00 Drinks, networking and socializing :)
