Input videoconferencing-tender

Leiden University is legally obliged to start a tender for the videoconferencing-tools. The first steps have been taken by the university's central team. Within the university, and our faculty, the videoconferencing tools that are currently being used are: Kaltura Live Room, Zoom, and MS Teams.

We have a general idea of what tools are being used for education at our faculty, but we want to make sure that we have the whole picture. For this reason, we want to ask you, as the tools' users, about your experiences, issues, and wishes. It is of great importance to communicate your wishes as the tool that will result from the tender will be implemented university wide. We will use your feedback as input for the video-tender as requested by the central team.
