Explanation
This form can be used to request postponement of graduation. You may only request postponement of graduation once you have received an email with the subject line ‘You can graduate’. Within five days of the date of issuance of this email you must submit this completed form to the administration of your study programme. When you complete this online form, your request will be sent automatically to the administration of your study programme.
