Access must be limited to specified groups at Leiden University and specified groups at authorised third parties. Wider availability is likely to have considerable negative impact (e.g., reputation, financial, trust) on the university and/or other stakeholders. 

Secret data
Access must be limited to specified individuals. Wider availability is likely to have serious negative impact (e.g., reputation, financial, trust) on the university and/or other stakeholders. 

 
Low
Unavailability of data has no or limited impact on my work. Unavailability can last several weeks.

Medium
Unavailability has limited impact on my work. Unavailability can last at most several days.

High
Unavailability has considerable impact on my work. Unavailability can last at most 24 hours.

Critical
Unavailability has immediately serious impact on my work. Unavailability can last at most several hours.
