This sporty Well-Being Wednesday is all about karate! Karate is a self-defence art and martial art from Japan. Did you know that karate is good for finding focus and peace? In this two-hour workshop, you will learn the basic elements of karate. Exercises from this workshop are mild-intensity and can be applied to daily life afterwards. Get away from your daily habits or the hustle and bustle of the start of a new academic year! Plus: the workshop takes place outside, in contact with nature, in nature park “het Leidse Hout”.
