In this two-hour workshop, you will learn the basic elements of karate. Exercises from this workshop are mild-intensity and can be applied to daily life afterwards. Get away from your daily habits or the hustle and bustle of the start of a new academic year! Plus: the workshop takes place outside, in contact with nature, in nature park “het Leidse Hout”.
